Hilary may be a big star, but it's nice to see her still enjoying some of life's simpler pleasures...like ice cream!
Hil's mom treated her and a friend to 31 Flavors over the weekend, which put a huge smile on her daughter's face!
Hilary may no longer be a teenager, but it's refreshing to see a child star actually acting like a child!
