Drunk Duff?

No, we're not referring to the state she must've been in when she put together that outfit, but photogs tell us Hilary was looking mighty happy when she left dinner with a friend last night in Toluca Lake!
- "Hilary must have had a few drinks at dinner, because when she left the restaurant, she was stumbling all over her friend and running down the street! She was crazy!"
What drove Hil to act so crazy? Was she just celebrating the release of the trailer for her new film Greta (which looks a little Georgia Rule-ish)? Or was she drinking to forget the not-so-flattering comparison we made yesterday?
In either case, we just hope she wasn't driving!
