Hilary Duff grabbed some grub at Which Wich sandwich shop in Los Angeles on Sunday, and afterwards she ran errands with baby Luca near their Toluca Lake home. The 24-year-old starlet seemed to be in a pretty good mood, but once she got behind the wheel it sounds like she had a minor case of road rage!
Hil tweeted, "Dear student driver in front of me... You can ALSO get a ticket for driving UNDER the speed limit!" Wonder if she gave them a friendly honk?
