Hilary Duff Brings Blessings In A Backpack To Chicago, Shows Off Her New Bangs

Hilary Duff paid a visit to the Edward Jenner Elementary Academy of the Arts in Chicago this morning, and the starlet was there to volunteer her time for Blessings in a Backpack. Duff has been traveling across the United States all week to help raise awareness for the organization, which provides food for low-income students in the United States, Canada, Colombia and Haiti.
The singer/actress also showed off her new hairdo, which she tweeted pictures of this past weekend. Loves it x 2!
