Hilary Duff Drops Price On 10,000-Square-Foot Mansion

This real estate market isn't fun for anyone, including Hilary Duff.
The mom-to-be has dropped the asking price for her 9,277-square-foot home in the ritzy area of Toluca Lake, Calif., from $7 million to $6.25 million. It's been on the market since last year.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom crib comes with a billiard room, cognac room, wine cellar, game room, gym, pool and a gift-wrapping room -- something we thought only Candy Spelling had!
