Hilary Duff Gets Engaged

Hilary Duff's rep has confirmed that the actress is engaged to longtime boyfriend, Ottawa Senators player Mike Comrie.
According to E! Online, Comrie, 29, asked Duff, 22, to marry him during a recent getaway to Maui, and though we have yet to see the rock, we're guessing it's pretty substantial, as the NHL star has a habit of spoiling his lady love. Just a few months after the two began dating in 2007, Mike bought Hil a Mercedes G-Wagen for her 20th birthday. Sounds like a keeper!

Mike now plays for the Oilers....infact he is just returning after missing most of this season with mono. He did play in Ottawa last season, and Hilary was always nothing but amazing and sweet to be around when she spent time in the wives/girlfriends suite at the games. Infact much sweeter then Carrie Underwood! Congrats to both Mike and Hilary!

I am from Mike's hometown Edmonton. First off, he is a complete douche who tried to sleep with the entire city. Then he got booed out of Edmonton after sleeping with a teammate's wife. He was recently eating at a restaurant with Hilary in Edmonton and while they were walking out a little girl asked for their autograph and they laughed at her and said they were too busy. Then they got into their car and made out for 15 minutes. Real classy guys. As far as I am concerned, they deserve each others douchyness.
