Okay, Hilary Duff is a very pretty girl. No question there! Pretty and talented and she's still only twenty.
Here she is out with boyfriend Mike Comrie and some gal pals at Foxtail last night, and we're almost willing to forgive the fact that her outfit makes her look like a Hostess cupcake...
But WHAT is up with that hair? It looked so good last week and now it looks so ratty!

Her hair does look greasy, fried, and like it hasn't been washed for a week. Sorry, but it does. And I don't dislike Hil, I think she's pretty---but her hair does look bad.
