Wow - Hilary Duff's looking great these days!
We caught the starlet out running a few errands yesterday afternoon - first she stopped off at Neil George, then ducked into Starbucks for a quick pick-me-up.
Looks like Hil might have had her eyebrows lightened to match her hair a little better - and we think it looks great!
