We typically don't praise Hilary Duff's unique fashion sense... for good reason.
But we're always ecstatic when she surprises us! Here's the singer slash actress at a gas station and she's, 1.) looking super-cute, and 2.) wearing an adorable striped tank top.
Whatever exercise plan she's on (or whatever stylist she's using), it's working!
