Hilary Duff showed up to the CFDA Awards in NYC last night in this little number from (Project Runway's) Michael Kors - pictured with her in the top photo.
Uh, it's a little flashy? This isn't Vegas, Michael! Of course, Christian Siriano might call it fierce.

Ummm...she didn't have a boob job, it's called gaining weight. If you don't recall, she was pretty underweight a few years ago, now she is back to her normal weight. Hence why the boobs grew.
