No, no, Hilary looks pretty damn good here - we know the singer might've been lookin' larger than usual the last couple times we've seen her (almost as if she was trying to cover something up), but Hil cleaned up real nice to attend the Tribeca Film Festival in NYC last night.
Think Duff can cut it as an actual actress?
Or maybe she should just stick to singing!

I think she looks great, you know what happened? I'd bet money that she's just comfortable with her boyfriend--you always gain a little weight after a while in a relationship when you are comfortable. Also, she has broad shoulders, which don't really suit her small size...makes her look a little bigger--but I think she's stunning here.....not anorexic...She looks better than Brit, and you always are saying how perfect she is...puuuuleeeease!
