Not only does Hilary have to watch her ex parade his preggers girlfriend around on national television, but yesterday Hilary was almost face to face Joel and his his tiny babymama! Hilary arrived at the Neil George Salon yesterday just one hour after Nicole and Joel left. Even though Hilary seems to have moved on since Joel, we can imagine that it would have been quite painful for her to see the woman who moved in on her guy!
