Hilary Swank Eyes Third Oscar For Conviction
Posted on Mon Oct 18, 2010 02:18 PM PDT

Forget about the drama with attorney Gloria Allred, Hilary Swank has some competition with her Conviction co-star Minnie Driver! It's the battle of the fierce shoes and the fierce dresses. Both actresses - at a photo call for their Oscar-hopeful film in London over the weekend - are looking like dynamite these days... any idea how old Hil and Min are?
Hilary is 36 and Minnie is 40!

They both look great; but I think Minnie
looks better! About the drama, did Allred find these people or did they seek her out???? I thought the film was about the man spent all that time in prison and he was innocent! Not the family of the murdered victim!
I lived in Ayer when this murder happened I am friends with the family of the murdered woman Katharina Brow and I will not see this movie nor will any of my friends, and as many people as I can tell. The way Swank is treating the family of the murder victim is shameful and should not be rewarded with an Oscar, if she is even nominated I will be none to happy to organize that protest. Shame on you Ms Swank meet with the family of Katharina Brow you are profiting from their misery, the least you can do is meet with them and listen to thier pain before you declare your fiction a feel good movie!

Had she not mentioned the murder victim in the movie you MIGHT just might be right, but how do you have this feel good movie about the wrongly convicted without the original victim? If not for her murder there would be NOOOOO story. Mr Waters story is a sad one but so is Katharina Brow's who did nothing but be the victim of a crime that no one has cared enough to solve. No disrespect but Water's was no stranger to the police which is why he became a suspect. Feel sorry for his family but they are being respected it is the Brow's who are not.
shes a great actress but man she is not really attractive.
