We already know she's dating her CAA agent, John Campisi, so why did they duck when we took their picture?
Maybe they were just embarrassed to be seen getting Mexican takeout -- Course Hil had no problem being photographed chowing down on an Astroburger after her Academy Award win, so scratch that!
I can sort of see these two together, after years of the uncertainty of being homeless, then living with an alleged drug addict, Hilary may just want a nice agent to take care of her!
