Actor Dylan Walsh, who plays Dr. Sean McNamara on FX's Nip/Talk, has filed for divorce from his wife, Joanna Going.

The two actors, who have been married for six years, have cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split. Walsh is seeking joint legal and physical custody of 7-year-old daughter, Stella.

In the divorce papers, Walsh has also stated that he will be paying spousal support.

This is the second divorce for the 47-year-old actor. Back in 2003, he split from actress Melora Walters after seven years and two children together.

So much for #7!

Talk show host Larry King has filed for divorce from Shawn Southwick, his seventh wife. The reason? "Irreconcilable differences," as usual.

King is 76. Southwick is 50. The couple wed in 1997 - they have two sons, Chance and Cannon.

UPDATE: Shawn has filed her own divorce papers, also citing irreconcilable differences. Southwick is asking for primal custody of the children as well as spousal/child support.

Hmm, but why the sudden split? Larry and Shawn have been married for over ten years and that's almost a lifetime in Hollywood!

Cheating rumors have been circling the pair for a few years - The National Enquirer reported in late '08 that Shawn was having an affair with a hunky twentysomething actor named Hector Penate.

Then in December of last year, the Enquirer alleged Larry himself was cheating on Shawn with her younger sister Shannon Engemann. The tab claimed Larry spent over a million bucks to put Shannon up at The Beverly Hills Hotel for 18 months AND bought her an expensive car.

So much drama between these two. Hopefully the divorce won't take a huge toll on their kids...

During a radio interview with Billy Bush, Demi Lovato seemingly spilled the beans on her relationship with Joe Jonas. Billy was able to squeeze a confirmation from the 17-year-old Disney starlet, and though Demi kept dropping the "he's my best friend" line, when Billy flat out asked her if they were dating, she did say yes. Unless there was some sort of misunderstanding, this backs up what we've been speculating all along...

Meanwhile, Jennifer Love Hewitt's rep has confirmed that the actress has split from comedian Jamie Kennedy after over a year of dating and engagement rumors. Maybe she was still holding the pear thing against him?

Squabbling brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher have finally reached a breaking point - Noel quit Oasis, just before the band was supposed to play the Rock en Siene festival in Paris. Damn!

Noel claims he "simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer." Ouch! Can't we all just get along? Whose side are YOU on???

Has Mario Lopez' relationship with Karina Smirnoff gotten the Dancing star in trouble with the Russian mafia? Lopez had booked a club called Polly Esther's in Las Vegas for a party over the weekend, but our sources report that threats from Russian mobsters kept Karina planted on her sweet ass back in Los Angeles out of pure terror. But wait, it gets worse - according to our source, Mario and Crissi ended up retreating to his room together until three in the afternoon the next day! (And just to confirm Karina's worst suspicions, yes, Crissi gets naked for money - the very next day, our photographer snapped some shots of her writhing on a bed at the Playmates Sleepover!)

Pamela Anderson has confirmed on her website that she and Kid Rock have decided to call it quits after three wedding ceremonies and less than four months! After suffering a miscarriage earlier this month, it seems that Pam's had a pretty rough November, filing for divorce just before Thanksgiving. Our hearts go out to the couple (who seemed like such a perfect fit) in this difficult time.
