Why is this little girl NOT wearing a helmet? He seems like a wonderful dad otherwise...but to let her fly down the sidewalk without a helmet is seriously dangerous. Buy her a helmet pronto!

The scooter is not motorized. If Ava should be wearing a helmet while pushing her scooter, then she should be wearing a helmet while walking or riding down the same sidewalk. And maybe she should also be wrapped in bubblewrap.
