He isnt a minor so his parents cant be held financialy responsible for his actions. The only way his parents money comes in to play is if Hulk was the one who bought them the alcohol then he can be sued personaly. Im not sure but even if they divorced I think the guys family can sue according to what Hulk was worth at the time of the accident not what he is worth months after when and if he gets a divorce. So its not that great of a "plan" in the first place. I think fame went to his wifes head cause she was being really cold to him on the show. I think the fact he bought the beer before the accident(if he did) could be what pushed her over the edge.

the boy that is in the hospital was drinking it up with both Nick and Hulk.. he was having a good ole time.. no one knows what happened in that car other then the 2 in the car. yes its a horrible tragedy.. for anyone who wasnt there, who has no idea what happened to point fingers like they know is crazy.. you dont know what was said between the 2 boys in the car that led up to Nick crashing the car.

The kid in the hospital decided not to wear a seatbelt which may have helped. Just sayin'
