Nope, it's Isla Fisher - but she looks like Naomi during the height of her pregnancy! The Wedding Crashers star, seen here leaving a grocery store in Hollywood yesterday, is ready to pop. Still, she looks pretty damn good! Or, as babydaddy Sacha Baron Cohen might say, "niiice!"
Seriously, any day now - well, at least that's how it looks!

I am 7 mos. pregnant in the deep south and I feel for her. At least I know it's not just me with the swollen ankles. She might really be human. I wish I could wear that outfit. She looks really cute. She is really just all belly and swollen ankles. Isla will come out of this pregnancy looking great!!
