I'm 60 years old and am in a lot better shape than Ivana Trump! I watch what I eat, don't drink, and exercise every day. I don't think she looks particularly great for her age...flabby, lose thighs, no waist, big arms and neck and body wrinkles. It's obvious she's had major face work done, because it's smooth...
She should stick to men her own age.
I would say that her life has been so easy, that exercising to stay looking good would've been too much effort. Rather just relying on surgeory, that may be ok wearing a dress plastered in make up, but the beach reveals all.
