Tropic Thunder star Jack Black was spotted playing with his son Sammy at a Beverly Hills park over the weekend. Hey, who better than your father to teach you to look before you leap!

Jack Black may be one of Hollywood's more, er, rotund stars - but it looks like his son Sammy's decided to help him shed a few pounds!

We caught the Tropic Thunder star horsing around with Sammy in the park while his wife Tanya Haden looked on approvingly. Sammy really gave Jack the runaround, too - seriously, we're exhausted just watching the two of 'em go at it!

TomKat weren't the only celebs at the Tropic Thunder premiere last night (which we hear is hysterical), actor/director Ben Siller, Robert Downey, Jr., who apparently steals the show, Jack Black (with what looks like a jacket painted with bolts of lightning!), and Matthew McConaughey, who replaced Owen Wilson in an uncredited cameo also showed up to walk the red carpet!

This time, luckily, Matty left Levi at home, but check out all the stars at the Tropic after party at Crown Bar!

No question that Jack Black is a funny man, but it's also nice to see him just be a regular 'ol dad!

We caught up with the father of two at the park with his fam this Friday - looks like the group is having a fun time! Think Jack all took 'em to a showing of Kung Fu Panda later on?

Dustin Hoffman, Jack Black, and Florentino Fernandez - aka three of the stars of Dreamworks' new hit flick Kung Fu Panda - stopped off in Madrid to promote their movie with a few photos. As you can see, the guys couldn't resist horsing around for the benefit of the cameras - and don't worry, the actual movie's even funnier!

Of course, Kung Fu Panda's been out for a minute over here, and some of y'all must have seen it by now. What do you think - did Kung Fu Panda stink?

Or did it kick ass?

Well, he didn't technically give birth (although it does seem like he had a sympathy belly!), but the Kung Fu Panda himself and his wife Tanya welcomed their second son, Jack, over a week ago, Jack told ET at the premiere of his new animated film.

Jack Jr. joins the couple's older son, Samuel, 2.

Tropic Thunder is totally gonna be the big hit of the summer, right?

Star Jack Black (and company) was spotted in a Beverly Hills park the other day, still sporting those blonde highlights. JB would be a super-fun guy to hang out with, but I don't know if I'd trust him on the swing set!

Yes, that is him, and that is a nude baby boy he's carrying around! It's his 13-month-old baby boy, Samuel Jason, and wife Tanya Haden on a beach in Kauai. Cute fam! The new hair color (and cut) is for Tropical Thunder - a $100 million war comedy about Vietnam that Ben Stiller is producing. Let's hope this Black/Stiller collaboration turns out better than their previous one, Envy. (Don't worry if you didn't see it or hear about it - no one did!)
