Proud papa Jack Osbourne and fiancee Lisa Stelly were the picture of domestic bliss as they took six week old daughter Pearl for a stroll in Malibu, on Saturday afternoon.

We've spotted the first-time dad out and about with his darling daughter before, but this is the first time we've gotten to see her beautiful little face!

The happy couple welcomed baby Pearl on April 24, and the former reality star told Hello! mag after the birth: "People say when you have a kid it's like instant love, but unless you've experienced it, it's impossible to comprehend. The moment I saw her I felt more love than I'd ever felt for anything. It was the weirdest, most overwhelming thing."

We never thought we'd see Jack Osbourne holding a baby burping towel!

The proud new dad exited his family-sized Audi with fiancee Lisa Stelly in Beverly Hills on Thursday afternoon, and this is the first time the couple has been see out and about since the birth of baby Pearl.

Osbourne first debuted his daughter on the cover of the UK's Hello! mag alongside Lisa, and mom Sharon, but the former reality star admitted he wasn't very excited when he first heard the news that his girlfriend was preg.

"I think I responded with, 'That's interesting,' " he told the mag. "What do you say? If we'd been trying for two years, of course you'd be like 'Awesome!' But we met in May and found out in August."

But after the birth, Jack fell instantly in love with his new little bundle of joy, and it sounds like he's settling into family life just fine. The budding director recently Tweeted, "There is no better way to spend a Saturday night, then to be holding my baby playing Xbox. Ahh dis is the life."

Meet Pearl Osbourne!

Jack Osbourne and his fiancee Lisa Stelly welcomed their newborn daughter a mere two weeks ago in LA, but the little tot is already making her debut on the cover of Britain's HELLO! magazine. What a cutie!

The couple discovered they were expecting in August after only three months of dating, and although the reality star and his 26-year-old fiancee were surprised by the news, they couldn't be happier about new parenthood.

"People say when you have a kid it's like instant love, but unless you've experienced it, it's impossible to comprehend," The Osbournes star explained to the mag.

The couple first met at an LA nightclub and were engaged in September 2011.

For her part, new grandmother Sharon Osbourne could not be more proud!

"It's incredible to see Jack holding his baby girl, walking around so confidently... He's very nurturing and he and Lisa are so good together," she gushes. Little Pearl is the first grandchild for Sharon and the Prince of Darkness Ozzy Osbourne.

We have a feeling Auntie Kelly is going to spoil this baby with all the finest infant fashions! After all, Kelly O is the Fashion Police, so get ready for some competition Harper Beckham!

Jack Osbourne and fiancee Lisa Stelly has just welcomed their first child, a daughter named Pearl, his rep confirms to Us Weekly.

The little girl weighed in at a healthy 8 lbs., 6 oz. and the entire Osbourne family -- including mom Sharon and sis Kelly -- were at the hospital during the birth of the family's first grandbaby!

"He's very nervous -- but nervous-excited. He'll be a very good dad. I think he'll be very strict, but he'll be a very good dad," proud grandma Sharon told US, on Thursday.

Proud Auntie Kelly also exclaimed: "I already told him that this baby…is going to be the best-dressed baby there is. You're not buying the clothes -- I am!'"

We caught Jack Osbourne cruising around LA in a brand new grey Ferrari, and although the car is nice, what really caught our attention is how good the 26-year-old is looking lately!

Maybe The Prince of Darkness' son is adopting some healthy habits he hopes to pass on to his child? The British stud is set to become a dad any day now, tweeting April 17, "@lisamarstelly is supposed to give birth to our baby tomorrow. Fingers crossed."

As if becoming a father wasn't exciting enough, Jack O is also celebrating being recently granted US citizenship. We wonder if baby Osbourne will grow up in The City of Angels or London?

The 26-year-old son of rock god Ozzy Osbourne and the music video actress announced their engagement in September, so it seems as if they are waiting until after their baby's arrival to tie the knot.

The soon-to-be parents paid a visit to the doctor's office Thursday in LA to check on their bun in the oven, and we must say... Jack's lady looks a lot more comfortable in her final months than Jessica Simpson does!

This isn't the pair's first time to the doctor this week, either! The MTV reality star was hospitalized over the weekend and underwent emergency surgery to have his appendix removed.

We bet the future Mrs. Osbourne is relieved her man got out of the hospital before she goes into labor!

Jack Osbourne's fiancée Lisa Stelly may be due to give birth in a few weeks, but that didn't stop her from rushing to her man's bedside at an LA-area hospital after he underwent intensive appendix surgery, on Sunday afternoon.

The reality TV star posted a picture of the couple on his Twitter page directly from his hospital bed, with the caption: "This is what you look like when you have has your appendix removed."

Later, Osbourne added: "Man, high powered pain killers + radiohead = dangerous territory for me. I gotta get outta this hospital. This is getting to good."

Lisa and Jack became engaged in September, and revealed they were pregnant just two weeks later.

Get well soon, Jack!

Jack Osbourne is making sure his baby mama Lisa Stelly is getting all the right nutrients for their soon-to-be-born child.

The couple were seen leaving a Los Angeles market together. We'll admit, Lisa looks fab!

Kelly's brother, who looks like he's put on some empathy weight, is such a good guy for carrying the groceries.
