Holding on tight to his pregnant fiancée, Jack Osbourne and Lisa Stelly braved the rainy weather to get their frozen yogurt fix in Hollywood, on Saturday afternoon.

The beautiful brunette, who is due this April, enhanced her growing baby bump with a bright yellow sweater, blue leggings and a cute pair of moccasin boots, while Jack kept it casual in jeans and a sweatshirt.

After revealing the news that he was going to be a daddy for the first time on Piers Morgan's CNN show, granny-to-be Sharon Osbourne exclaimed, "You can spoil, you can indulge, and then say, 'Okay, now let your parents be the ones to teach you right from wrong. I'm not. What do you want? Have it!”’ Yikes!

Jack Osbourne recently threw down $2.8 million on a new house, and it looks like this will be the perfect place for Jack and his pregnant fiancee Lisa Stelly to raise a kid!

The 1926 Hacienda-style home may look small on the outside, but it has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and a whopping 8600 square feet. The inside boasts vaulted wood-beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace, a massive kitchen, a pool, a garden and an outdoor kitchen, and upstairs there is a master suite with a balcony. In addition to a decent-sized guest house, there is a playground and plenty of room in the backyard.

Sounds like a great investment for the expectant parents!

Osbourne, 25, announced the news on CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight on Tuesday.

"I'm excited," he said. "I'm a little nervous."

The couple officially announced their engagement just two weeks ago.

This will be the first grandchild for Jack's famous parents, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne. Sister Kelly Osbourne Tweeted Tuesday night:

"@lisamarstelly my future sister in law & mother of my niece/nephew we are so happ ... im the happiest girl in the world im going to be an auntie! @lisamarstelly welcome 2 the family ... "

Newly engaged celeb couple Jack Osbourne and actress Lisa Stelly looked happy and in love as they enjoyed a shopping trip to Bristol Farms, on Monday.

The youngest Osbourne sibling popped the question to Stelly after just four months of dating, but she knew he was the one right away. The former model took to her Twitter after the engagement, gushing:"The most amazing man I've ever met asked me to marry him... and he wasn't joking!".

But Jack is definitely concerned with the media attention the engagement will bring to his new fianceé's fam. Osbourne recently Tweeted the warning: "Dear Journalists, please refrain from contacting my fiances (sic) family. Don't be a**holes. There is a right way to go about this."

Jack Osbourne is engaged to actress Lisa Stelly, his rep confirms to X17online.

Though the Prince of Darkness' youngest kid has been through his fair share of drug and alcohol abuse, he has largely kept behind the scenes since the entire family shot to fame on MTV's reality show The Osbournes in 2002. Jack, 25, is now a director and has worked on both Ozzy's music video for the song "Life Won't Wait" and the documentary film God Bless Ozzy Osbourne.

And his relationship is proving to be a stable force as well. "It's just no drama. More stable," a source told Us Weekly about Jack's relationship with Lisa.

This is Jack's first marriage.

Kelly and Jack Osbourne took their (daddy's) cash and headed to XIV Karats in Beverly Hills today to stock up on some much-needed jewelry.

Kelly must be spending her paycheck from Should've Been Romeo, her upcoming film in which the 26-year-old plays a "crazy groupie," according to a recent Tweet.

Kelly went blonde for the role and has kept the looks since filming wrapped. She recently Tweeted a link to the film's trailer saying she doesn't like to watch herself on camera but she's "too proud of it not to share."



The Osbourne clan, sans dad Ozzy, shared a family lunch yesterday at Izakaya sushi. Daughter Kelly was looking positively adorable and mum Sharon has slimmed down to a perfect weight; while bro Jack was indie cute as always. Who knew this heavy metal family would turn out to be so good looking?! Guess that's what a reality show and a few million bucks will do for ya!

We loaded on the compliments in-person yesterday too but the girls weren't havin' it ...
