Jada Pinkett Smith is speaking out about her reportedly troubled marriage ... calling these claims "ridiculous."

Will's 40-year-old wifey tells French magazine Gala:

"These rumors are completely untrue. I travel a lot because of my work, just like Will does. ... but our lifestyle hasn't changed. Before we had the kids, we were already far away from each other quite often because of separate projects."

As for how she thinks the rumors started, Jada says:

"I have no idea! Every year, one celebrity couple is under the microscope. This year, unluckily, it's us! I almost want to say that we should have been expecting it."

Are they living together? She adds, "That's ridiculous. We've always lived together."

Papa Will got slimed during the Kids' Choice Awards along with Jaden's bud Justin Bieber. Can't wait to see footage of that green mess!

Jada Pinkett Smith is showing her affection for hubby of 13 years, Will Smith, with a heartfelt ballad called "Burn."

The 40-year-old actress posted the song on her Facebook page along with the following note:

"With the major losses we have experienced in the last few weeks...We should remember...Our lives are worth living fully. Our risks are worthy. Our mistakes are worthy. Our traumas are worthy as well. The very paths we are told not to tread are the paths that hold the keys to our deepest understanding of love for our lives and ourselves. Self love is the gateway to truly loving another…deeply."

Jada adds, "Will, I love you .... this is for you."

The couple, who have three kids together, were rumored to be heading for a divorce last year. However, their rep at the time released this statement, "We are still together, and our marriage is intact."

Jada Pinkett Smith may be looking to end her 13-year marriage to Will Smith, as she has reportedly met with celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser.

A source tells In Touch Weekly that Smith has "finally begun to take steps to dissolve their marriage," and she even passed on a movie role to spend more time with her kids during this "difficult time."

Back in August it was reported that Will and Jada had separated, but the pair quickly shot down those reports. "Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false," they said in a statement. "We are still together, and our marriage is intact."

Wasser has represented stars like Britney Spears and Kim Kardashian, so Jada is definitely in good hands!

As infidelity and break-up rumors continue to swirl around Jada Pinkett Smith and hubby Will, the actress stepped out in Beverly Hills Friday looking extremely happy -- minus her wedding ring.

It was recently announced TNT will cancel Jada's show, HawthoRNe after just three seasons, which coincides with reports the actress was having an affair with her on-screen love interest, the newly-single Marc Anthony.

Meanwhile, Will and Jada, who have been married for 13 years, still completely deny reports they've split.

The actress went makeup (and hair product!) free as she strolled through Beverly Hills Friday in a fall-like black-and-brown combo ... and she couldn't stop smiling!

That's impressive since it's been an interesting few months for Jada. She had to deal with rumors that she was splitting from hubby Will Smith, her TNT show HawthoRNe got canned after three seasons and she just turned 40 -- complete with an hourlong video tribute from Will!

The TNT series HawthorRNe, starring Jada Pinkett Smith and Marc Anthony, has been canceled after three seasons.

Smith and Anthony, who played Jada's love interest on the show, were recently rumored to be having an affair. Both stars have denied these claims.

As for the cancellation, Smith, 39, wrote the following on Facebook:

"Hey everyone...if you don't know Hawthorne will not be returning for another season. I want to say thank you to all the fans for being Hawthorne soldiers...All our facebook fans...twitter soldiers and viewers...you held us down. Of course you know there is more to come...believe it!"

TNT issued the following statement:

"The series gave TNT the opportunity to work with many outstanding people, including Jada Pinkett Smith and the rest of the show's talented cast, crew, producers and writers. We wish everyone involved with 'HawthoRNe' nothing but the best."

Will and Jada Pinkett Smith say their marriage "is intact," despite reports of trouble in their relationship. And six weeks ago, Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez announced they were ending their seven year marriage.
