Jamie Pressly Files for Divorce After 15 Months Of Marriage

That was quick.
After 15-short months, Jamie Pressly's marriage to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh has officially ended.
The My Name is Earl star filed court documents in L.A. January 21, and the actress cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for separation. Pressly also lists the marriage ended December 27, which is just nine days before she was arrested on suspicion of a DUI.
The couple has no children together, but Pressly has a three-year-old son, Dezi, with former fiancé Eric Cubiche.
Jamie is going to have a lot to legally deal with this year. Aside from her divorce, and DUI, she also reportedly owes more than $637,000 in Federal and state taxes. Good luck Ms. Pressly!
