John Stewart Plays Matchmaker For Jake Gyllenhaal

John Stewart welcomed Jake Gyllenhaal to The Daily Show, and not only was the sexy 30-year-old actor promoting his new flick Source Code, he was also discussing his love life.

After John attempts to set up Jake with a member of his audience, Stewart goes on to ask, “Have you ever met a girl and just fallen in love at first sight - like boom! - and then you knew you were gonna go out with her?”

Gyllenhaal's reply was meant to be a joke, but ends up taking a somewhat creepy turn. Jake tells John, “Yeah! The moment I was born, I saw my mother and I said ‘that’s it.’”

The Daily Show host then flexes his comedic muscles with the following: “My guess is that’s because she let you get to second base. BOOM!”

Never a dull moment.
