Jake Gyllenhaal went to the doctor in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon, and he was all smiles as we snapped him returning to his car. Though he didn't utter a single word, he didn't appear irritated when asked about whether or not he was getting ex-girlfriend Reese Witherspoon something for Valentine's Day. Maybe he's already moved on and found someone new?
