James Franco is currently in France for the Cannes Film Festival, and the Oscar-nominated actor looked dapper in a blue suit yesterday after spending some time on a pal's yacht.

In fact, the 127 Hours star threw a bash aboard the luxury liner in honor of his ex-girlfriend and current co-star Ahna O'Reilley's debut at the film festival. The budding actress appears alongside her former love in his directorial debut As I Lay Dying, and she also stars in Fruitvale Station, which was one of the most talked about flicks from the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year.

Their relationship lasted for several years before they parted ways in 2011, but clearly there is nothing but love and support between the former pair!

James Franco and Seth Rogen made a trailer for Pineapple Express 2, but alas, it's really just a ploy to promote their new film This Is The End, which hits theaters this summer.

"While attending a party at James Franco's house, Seth Rogen, Jay Baruchel and many other celebrities are faced with the apocalypse," reads the plot synopsis on IMDb. The trailer for that film is a little bit inappropriate and totally weird, but it's James and Seth ... and Jonah Hill! What could possibly go wrong?

Months after they lipsynched to Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend" in a hilarious parody, James Franco and Ashley Benson are at it again, this time singing along to their Spring Breakers co-star Selena Gomez's "Love You Like A Love Song."

"Yo, here's a song from one of my favorite young singers, my co-star, young Selena Gomez. Remix!" the quirky actor says in the clip, which was posted to his WhoSay account.

In the video, Franco and Benson appear in a dimly lit room as they mouth the lyrics to the smash hit. The Pretty Little Liars actress dons a brunette wig to resemble The Bieb's ex-girlfriend, while her rumored beau wears a dress and a blond wig! The pair get quite cozy on-camera, which only adds to speculation that they're dating!

Reports claim the blonde beauty began dating the Oscar nominee after her split with Justin Bieber's swagger coach Ryan Good back in October, but the 127 Hours star insisted they weren't in a relationship during an appearance on Howard Stern just the other day.

Guess we'll have to wait and see!

James Franco chatted with Howard Stern to promote Spring Breakers yesterday, and naturally their interview covered everything from Franco's failed attempt to host the Oscars to his love life. Let's get to the good part, shall we? It starts just after the 10-minute mark...

Howard boldly asked the 34-year-old actor, "You turned down sex with Lindsay Lohan, didn't you? You could have had her back then when she was a lot hotter?"

"Oh, gosh. Poor Lindsay," James replied. "I haven't talked to her in a while." Howard asked, "You were thinking of going out with her, right?" James said no and laughed, adding that "we were friends ... I met her I think through friends ... and then there was a moment where I was staying at the Chateau Marmont because my house in L.A. was being redone, so I did this thing where I just stayed at the hotel, and she had been living there for a couple years ... so we were just living in the same place and I got to know her.

But the shock jock wouldn't give up, and he asked the star, "And you turned her down sexually?" James seemed exasperated and said, "I mean, I don't want to brag about it ... I don't know how that got out ... She was having issues even then, so you feel weird. Honestly, she was a friend. I've met a lot of people that are troubled and sometimes you don't want to do that."

So what's his current relationship status? "Let's say I'm dating," James said. "There's nothing to talk about. I feel like ... I'm mixed about the whole thing. You know I'm getting older. I would like a long-term relationship."

When asked if he's dating his Spring Breakers co-star Ashley Benson Franco replied, "No. No no no..." Um, so what about those photos of him licking her face the other day? We wish Howard had brought up those!

On Thursday, James Franco became the latest celebrity to nab a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame to add to his list of achievements.

The 34-year-old actor has been busy promoting new movie Oz the Great and Powerful, but took some time to honor the special occasion. His family must be proud!

The new trailer for The Iceman has hit the web, and Boardwalk Empire's Michael Shannon stars as hit man Richard Kuklinski, who between killed over 100 people between 1964 and 1986.

Winona Ryder plays Michael's wife, who has absolutely no idea what he does for a living, and James Franco, Ray Liotta and Chris Evans also star in the film, which hits theaters on May 3. Looks pretty killer!

A wig-wearing James Franco and girlfriend Ashley Benson are starring in a new parody video of Biebs' hit song "Boyfriend."

Ironically, Ashley is co-starring with Justin's ex Selena Gomez in the upcoming flick Spring Breakers. Talk about hitting close to home.

Gotta say ... Mr. Franco's got swagger!

James Franco has known Lindsay Lohan since 2006, and though there was an awkward period where he reportedly rebuffed her romantic advances, he now claims that he "tried to help" the starlet through her troubles, but to no avail.

Franco and Lohan last hung out he was directing her in R.E.M's music video "Blue" in February of 2011, but he told MTV, "I haven't talked to her in a long time because it seemed like she was getting into some more trouble."

Franco added, "Lindsay and I had reconnected at that time. I had been writing some poems about the Chateau Marmont and one or two of the poems involved Lindsay ... I think one of the reasons it's so hard is when she gets in trouble, she gets all this attention and I'm sure she gets book offers. Like she goes to jail, and instead of feeling like, 'I really hit a low place,' she'll get a crazy offer for her jail memoir."
