James Franco Records Duet With Smokey Robinson

Smokey Robinson revealed that he recorded a duet with James Franco and his band Daddy. So random!
During an interview with the New York Post at Monday's Angel Ball in NYC, the motown legend revealed his unlikely collaboration with the actor. After a chance encounter on a plane, the Oscar nominee asked Robinson to make a song with him, to which he happily agreed. "He asked me to do it, and so I did it. It's as simple as that. There's no deep dark secret," he explained.
The song, called "Crime," has yet to be released.
The Pineapple Express star is known for taking on quirky projects, and we're sure this will be no different!
