Shannon Funk, the brief Britney assistant who famously took a dip in the Malibu waters in her underwear with the pop princess, was seen cozying up to another celeb over the weekend in Vegas -- funnyman Jamie Kennedy!
The pair (who've been spotted together before), partied with pals at Tao.
And although ya'd think film and tv star Jamie could do better than a woman who's most famous for getting half-naked with Britney Spears, don't heckle the comedian -- he recently made a documentary, Heckler, where he takes on hecklers and critics face to face, and it ain't pretty!
