Jamie Lee Curtis On Her Father: "He Leaves Behind Families Who Loved Him"

The always classy Jamie Lee Curtis released a statement about her father, Tony Curtis, who passed away last night from cardiac arrest at 85.
Curtis and Janet Leigh's daughter says the following:
- "My father leaves behind a legacy of great performances in movies and in his paintings and assemblages. He leaves behind children and their families who loved him and respected him and a wife and in-laws who were devoted to him. He also leaves behind fans all over the world."
Jamie Lee was previously estranged from her dad for a number of years but later reconciled. Curtis himself had five other children from a total of five marriages.
RIP.
Sad.

He was a true movie star, but more importantly, a great actor. His performance in Some Like It Hot was brilliant.
