In response to 8:11; K-Fed's motives in this case are likely honorable. He did previously state his willingness to have his sons meet their aunt and cousin when Jamie Lynn next came to LA. He is most likely simply honoring that promise.

Britney is the one who neglected, abused, abandoned those kids not K-fed, dress it up how you like. It's HER that can't be alone with them not him. I read this on the other thread. If you think that only smart people can read this it is not actually the truth. It is taught in all General Psychology classes. It is not difficult and it is insulting that you say only smart people. Unless we have some kind of medical reason we all have the capacity to read this silly statement you put up here. It is not that difficult. I suggest you take a speed reading course and perhaps you will understand the concept of the brain and reading a bit better. Also yo might want to define smart people and then talk to someone about your interpretation of smart people. It is all about willingness to learn. I agree with you. My own daughter who is now 28 has 3 beautiful little girls. Sara, Sadi and Susi, ages 7-9-11. She struggled with Meth addiction since she was 17 years old. Me and the other grandparents had to jointly get Child Protective Services to remove the children from her care 7 years ago. Susi was a 2 month old baby then. When we took the children for a time we had to keep them at the other grandparents home and my own daughter pulled a gun on me trying to force me to tell her where they were. I had to have her arrested. The law enforcement went in her home and found a little meth. That was enough to get her in treatment. She stayed 2 weeks. When she got out she got busted with a lab in her car and ended up in drug court when she hit rock bottom 2 years ago. I am grateful to say that my daughter has been in drug court now for almost 2 years. She has turned her life around and is the Manager of a store, goes to church, has the children in all kinds of different sports that they like to do, she has not asked me or the other grandparents for any money in almost a year. She feels she must take care of all their expenses. The dead beat dad is in and out of jail and she divorced him 2 years ago. She will graduate drug court in Decemeber thank God. She has done everything from cleaning motel rooms to cutting down trees to pay for her home, bought herself a nice jeep, the girls dress very nice in top of the line clothing and she does not date. Her priority is the girls and recovery. She goes to her meetings, goes to the court once per month, and has to take drug test when required sometimes 3 or more times a week and has never failed one. If you would have told me 3 years ago that my child would ever be normal again I would have cried and told you that you were out of your mind. But my child is doing well. We have a wonderful relationship and she has a wonderful relationship with her children. She has respect now. I have never known her as a woman and I like her. I did not like the drug addict Shellie(that is her name). I am so proud of her. Her brain was fried from the meth. Today she is just as normal acting as anyone could be. But it takes time, perseverance, and lots of hard work. She works the steps of NA, she sees a therapist, a drug counselor and participates in group therapy as well. I pray she never uses again. She is happy now. She lost many of her drug buddies to overdose. I kept waiting for the call that it would be her. But God was not done with her yet. She is an inspiration to many that go through the drug court program and for the 1st year she worked in their office. People change. They evolve. Forgiveness of the past is important if you love someone. We are all just making progress. Perfection is nonexistant. My grandhildren love their mother and are so happy because most recently she was awarded full custody of them. That was all we could hope for is her to take the steps and heal and in time most can. You are right when you say that it takes time. Shellie will have to be self aware the rest of her life and so will Britney if she survives which from what I see she is a survivor. God bless!

Britneychooseslife, I can't stand Brit and think that people are responsible for what happens in their life. But that being said, I do respect your statement and although I often may not agree with your views on things, I do respect your opinion, especially on what you said here. I think K-fed can be a douche at times, but he is the father and stepped up to the plate when he needed to. Without him, the kids would be in a much worse situation. Kevin sure has been hanging at Brit's a lot lately. Since when did he start taking the boys to and from her home for visitation. I doubt he is over her and it would not surprise me at all if they do not reconcile at some point. I believe they love each other but were too immature when they got married. They have been through some very rough times. Kevin realizes he is nothing without Britney. He will never have a shot of being the star he wants to be. He tried and nobody took the bait. He had a couple of roles on TV shows and he bombed. He tried rapping and he is no good. His best chance at stardom is being Mr. Britney Spears. I pray that she is not so stupid as to take him back. He is not healthy for her. I am certain that even 20 grand a month is not enough for him and maybe he has changed his tune some what since he realized that she is mentally ill and that is a far cry from being a drug addict. I pray that somehow that family finds peace and learns how to love each other and work things out amicably for the sake of those boys. They need a mom and a dad. Kevin would not be coming to see Maddie at Britneys or picking up the boys himself unless he wanted to see Britney too. Maybe they will learn how to be friends.
