According to an inside source, Britney Spears will no longer be granted part-time residency at the pricey Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. The hotel has decided to ask Brit's peeps to make sure she doesn't return. Looks like Mess Thing is going to have to step up her search for a new party crib!

We hear guests of the five-star establishment are fed up with all the unwanted attention drawn to their usually relaxing digs; an entrance swarming with feeding paparazzi is not exactly inviting. On top of that, the spectacle that is Miss Spears has been garnering so much negative press around her erratic rendezvous, that the hotel no longer desires to host the wayward popwreck.

This isn't the first hotel to close their golden gates on the ex-pop princess. Brit was asked not to return to the restaurant at the swank Chateau Marmont -- after allegedly smearing a plate of food on her face in front of guests.

TMZ contacted the Four Seasons, who said they "will not comment on their guests." We also contacted Spears camp, who did not respond. You know what they say ... when one door closes -- try the Peninsula!

Just how did the deal go down? Rewind. Sources close to Britney's family tell TMZ it all started when Britney melted down on an OK! Magazine photo shoot. Britney's mom, Lynne, read the article (who didn't?!) and called OK! personally to thank them "for handling it so well." She stayed in touch with OK!, and called them this week when she learned that news of Jamie's pregnancy was about to break. Her only requirement? Keep Britney out of it. This is about Jamie Lynn. "She trusted them to do it in a way that would be sympathetic to her daughter," our source says.

We're told Jamie and mom did not want money, but OK! has agreed to pay $1 million to the younger Spears for a photo shoot when the child is born. Why so little when others have commanded several million? We're told it's because Jamie Lynn is not an international star and it's not worth it to the mag to pay big bucks for something they can't sell overseas.

Another interesting note: We hear Jamie is further along than the 12 weeks she says in the mag's article. Expect a spring baby.

Teenage girls become pregnant every day in North America, unfortunately. But to have a high profile 16 year old get pregnant is going to have a boomerang affect on the girls who adore these young stars and try to emulate them.

According to TMZ, Jamie Lynn IS further along in her pregnancy than reported. Therefore The Enquirer WAS correct. TMZ saiys the baby is due is early Spring. Yes, FIVE months along she is !!!!!

TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed by Tony Parker -- Eva's hubby -- against X17, the photo agency that published reports and text messages alleging that he cheated on Eva Longoria shortly after the couple were married.

In the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Parker alleges X17 defamed him, claiming, "X17 had to know that the story was false, or at the very least, it had to have entertained serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source."

X17 published stories that French model Alexandra Paressant had "an affair with Mr. Eva Longoria and that the two carried on a secret relationship for about two months."

The San Antonio Spur seems particularly pissed that X17 never sought to "verify the information with Mr. Parker, Ms. Longoria, any of their representatives or....anyone else who might have knowledge of the truth or falsity of the allegations."
