Jaime Pressly works hard in the gym, and the 34-year-old actress is proud to show off the sexy results!

The My Name Is Earl starlet Tweeted these photos while on vacation in Cancun, Mexico ... and wow, working out certainly does a body good!

Pressly, who stars on Fox's I Hate My Teenage Daughter, is now dating Hamzi Hijazi. She filed for divorce from lawyer Simran Singh back in January.

The My Name is Earl star keeps her body in fine form with regular workouts at least 3 - 4 times a week ... while wearing her Polar Heart Monitor to keep track of her calorie count. We wish we looked that good while wearing C9 by Champion gear!

Hey, the stars gotta eat lunch too - and yesterday, a whole bunch of 'em chose to eat at Mr. Chow's!

First up was Jamie Pressley, who left shortly after American Idol judge Randy Jackson arrived. Sadly, Jamie denied any plans to audition for the show - aw, c'mon! If Scarlett Johnansson can have a singing career, surely anyone can!

A little later, we spotted Star Jones taking her leave from the eatery. Surprisingly, Shar didn't have anything to, er, share - although she sure looked great!

Finally, Randy briefly conversed with the paps (and shooting them a thumbs-up!) before climbing in his amazingly slick-looking ride. Sure looks like Idolatry pays!

Britney Spears' release from the UCLA Medical Center was the talk of the town yesterday - and boy, were the stars ready to weigh in on the matter!

Phoebe Price, for instance, was so touched by Britney's breakdown that she interrupted her Bebe photo shoot to speak compassionately on the subject. Phoebe seemed particularly moved by Britney's separation from her children, speculating that getting her kids back might spur Brit to "get the help that she needs."

Jason Davis, meanwhile, was a little more flippant about the situation when we bumped into him leaving the Ivy - all he could talk about was Britney's British accent. (Then again, Jason wouldn't answer any questions about his friend Lindsay Lohan, either - maybe he's just shy when it comes to celebs?)

Of course, not everyone was eager to talk about Britney - Jamie Pressley and Eric Cubiche, for instance, hurried away from our cameras without giving their opinions, and Bai Ling was occupied with ringing in the Chinese New Year at Mr. Chow's. (And some folks didn't even have Britney on the brain at all - at least one young lady's mind was still on Super Tuesday!)
