Now not only does he have to deal with his horrible excuse for a daughter, but now he has to raise her children for her too. She is probably sitting at home stuffing her fat face while her poor, tired, worn out looking father has to slave to her every need. She is so pitiful.

Has anyone considered that perhaps he's happy to have a part in his grandkids and daughter's life? My dad is a great grandfather and does just about as much for his grandkids and their parents aren't bad parents... it's just what family does!

She is lazy
The only time she is productive is when she knows she is going to get paid. Why would she waste precious time and effort on her kids? They won't pay to see her lip sync, or look up to her as if she is a God. They probably whine, and carry on, like normal children. So they are no good to her, they don't fuel her ego enough. They remind her every day that she is a screw up. She can't handle that.

Happy with grampa, happy with the nanny, happy with their dad. Then -- screaming for 'dad' when they're stuck with their mom, letting go of her hand and running away whenever possible. She's a pathetic excuse for a human being. Am I jealous, heck no. I'm frustrated that someone so undeserving gets shoved down our throats by Disney, the media, her publicist, etc. Why do people like this get rewarded for their incompetence? I don't get it.

His father is not there, because this is their mom's time with them. Unfortunately, mom only poses with them, she doesn't actually DO anything with them that is not photographed to keep up her image as a doting parent.

OMG, some people are ridiculous. This is obviously Britney's time with the kids. She has *limited* time with her children. Don't you think she should be SPENDING it with her kids? Especially when they are going to the docs? Even is this is just a routine checkup (which I suspect it is)- she should be there! This is when parents interact with a child's doctor and are able to ensure that children are developing properly. It is NOT Jamie's or a nanny's job to do this with the kids. If Brit is the "great" mom that her fans claim, she should be there with her kids!

As for Kevin not being there... why would he be? This is not his time with the children. The kids do not appear sick, and chances are that this is just a well child checkup and a chance for "Brit" to stay up to date with her children's health. (Or more apt, her family and the hired help to stay up to date). Do you see Brit going to doctor's appointments with Kevin when he takes the kids? Nope. She doesn't even go when she has the kids in HER custody.

And Kevin is going out with them EVERYWHERE..

These are NOT your kids, they have parents who are bringing them up as they wish to.

Britney always has someone else doing the carrying OR she's only able to handle one, usually the youngest child because it seems she doesn't want anything to do with the oldest for some reason.

Why do all of you think this is "normal", or are all of you like that loser mother too? When your children need to go to the doctor as their mother you should be part of that. I'm not saying that grandparents are a great substitute but they are NOT who is supposed to be raising their grandchildren! They have already done their job raising their own. At least they look happy, when they are with loser mom, they always look scared and on the verge of tears!!
