Well this is the way a judge will see this. I work in a court. Ok and I work for a cool judge. He said that because everything she does is recorded on camera and was being recorded because Lufti supposedly was tipping off x17 and other rag mag's and getting paid for those tips that there is plenty of proof that Ms. Spears was not mentally stable at the time she and Mr. Lufti were involved so therefore any agreement if there was was one would not be legal. Also in order for Ms. Spears to enter into such an agreement a text message would not be sufficient as a contractual agreement because anyone even Sam Lutfi could have sent the text message. There is no proof that Ms. Spears sent him a text message and if there were precedent in the courts for such a contractual agreement in the entertainment industry it would have to proven that Ms. Spears sent said message and that Mr. Lutfi accepted accepted the contractual agreement. But...since it has been proven visually, and verbally repeatedly on hundreds of websites, court documents, statements that Mr. Lutfi himself made to many people who could be called into court there will be no suit because there is no case. Also Mr. Lutfi admitted he drugged her. He said it. He is a fool. Lynne accused him but he did an interview and it was right here on this site. He admitted giving her pills for her own good trying to help her brain heal. He could not handle her and at the end after the first round with Adnaan when she was trying to break away from him he really drugged her badly. Remember how nuts she got. More video proof of her erratic behavior. If you ix certain drugs you get certain results. She was drug tested often. there is proof of what she was taking. Remember that!!! The judge I work for says that the only way a guy like this would try to bring such a frivolous lawsuit that he knows he can not win is in hopes that becasue there is the possibility that Britney could be called as witness and her team and she know she is leaving to tour that he might just get a settlement, enough to pay the rent on his condo perhaps. But they are not going to do that. Likely they will ask for a continuance since the parties have to work out state and country and by the time the tour is over Lutfi will be laying in the gutter somewhere unless he has a plan b. He needs to go help his mama at the convenience store snd stfu. He is a icky idiot. As for Adnan ewwwww...Brintey you are a very pretty girl. What the hell were you thinking.
