The singer/actress is the spokeswoman for Nutrisystem, which delivers healthy, pre-packaged foods to your home, and she's already lost about 15 pounds with the weight loss program. Janet recently said in a statement that she's not viewing this as a diet, but rather as a new approach to her daily routine. "It's not just about losing weight," she said. "It's about making it a way of life. It's about maintaining weight."

Aside from the fug pants, she's definitely looking good!

Janet Jackson quickly made her way into a Beverly Hills OB-GYN office on Thursday, and while opening the door to the clinic (literally!), pregnant Kourtney Kardashian was walking out. After the two celebrities said a quick hello to each other, Ms. Jackson went in.

The pregnant Kourtney's obviously there for her growing baby, but is Janet there for a check-up or could she be in baby mode? Michael Jackson's younger sister, dressed in all black, kept busy on her cell phone while leaving the clinic and managed to avoid baby-related questions.

Janet, 45, has been dating 37-year-old billionaire businessman Wissam Al Mana for over two years. In an interview with Harper's Bazaar last year, Al Mana said the following about his ladylove:

"I think a man’s dream woman changes as he goes through different stages in his life. I’m fortunate to be dating my dream woman now."

Jackson seems to have found herself a good man. Perhaps a baby is the next step for these two. We'll definitely be keeping a close eye on the "Control" singer!

It's no secret that Janet Jackson has struggled with her weight over the years, and now the singer (and recently appointed NutriSystem spokeswoman) is sharing her story with Access Hollywood.

“Your scale can be your worst enemy, so it’s really not about a number — it’s about looking in the mirror and feeling good about you and feeling healthy and loving who you are when you see that person in the mirror,” Janet tells the show, in an interview airing tonight. “I am an emotional eater. There are people that don’t eat when they’re stressed. I eat when I stress, when I’m down, when I’m in that state of not being in the greatest space. And that’s my place of comfort that I go to for that moment. Then I kick myself after doing it.”

In addition to talking about her battle with the bulge, Janet revealed she’s nervous for her niece, Paris Jackson, who is set to make her feature film debut in Lundon’s Bridge and the Three Keys. “I’m excited for her, but it worries me a little bit,” Janet said. “I wish that she would maybe wait ... I got into the business at a young age. It’s not an easy thing. Your childhood…you completely lose and I didn’t get to experience that, so she has the rest of her adult life to be that actress that she wants to be and I told her that. Yeah, I told her I would take this time to just study… really, really study the craft.”

Before hitting the stage tonight at the Gibson Amphitheatre at Universal CityWalk, Janet Jackson is stopping at Book Soup in West Hollywood to sign copies of her new book "True You: A Guide to Finding and Loving Yourself."

The fans will be going wild when Ms. Jackson arrives at 3pm!

Michael Jackson's sister Janet arrived at LAX from Paris on Monday to attend the Conrad Murray arraignment today in downtown Los Angeles.

The hearing is expected to last just a few moments and Murray - who faces an involuntary manslaughter charge - is expected to plead not guilty.

While Murray is currently free on a $75,000 bond, Judge Michael Pastor stripped the accused of his California medical license until the trial is finished.

Janet Jackson stopped by to visit the ladies of The View to promote her Tyler Perry movie, For Colored Girls ... and she got an earful backstage from co-host Sherri Shepherd. Ms. Shepherd got candid with Ms. Jackson ... discussing some awkward relationship issues.

When it comes to being intimate with her boyfriend, Sal ... Sherri admits to Janet:

"He fantasizes about you when he's with me."

The comedian even admits that her boyfriend has called her "Janet" in the moment. Whoa...TMI, Sherri!

Janet Jackson stopped by ABC's Good Morning America to talk about her upcoming role in the drama, For Colored Girls … and to squash engagement rumors.

Miss Jackson, who’s been dating business man Wissam Al Mana since early this year, breaks down her relationship status to GMA’s Robin Roberts. She says:

“He’s a very private man, so I don’t talk about our relationship. I’m not engaged, I will say that.”

She adds that her role in Tyler Perry’s flick is “so bold and so shrewd.” Can’t wait to see Miss J in a whole new light!
