I agree with Troy, Janet has done wonderful things in her career and so has Oprah and Tyler. As an African Americans we need to start embracing our African American, brothers and sisters as well as our President for their accomplishments in attempting telling our stories and getting our stories told in a world that has already deleted our history and made it their history. No one has ever said that we will live and look youthful all the days of our lives, nor is their a quick fix for being the person we were years ago. That's why we live this life to grow and become wise and accepting of who we are and not what people want us to be. I wish nothing but blessing for Miss Jackson, Miss Ross, Katherine Jackson, Mr. Perry, Oprah, President Obama and Miss Rashad, as well as Whoopi, Michael Jackson (RIP), Kimberly Elise and the entire cast and crew of this landmark film. I also wish nothing but blessings to the negative naysayers who write this crap and the ignorant people who use negativity as a sort of anchor to accomodate their miserable lives.

What I don't understand is that the ignorance of this article suits no purpose whatsoever, accept to serve as a line for negativity. Janet Jackson is Katherine Jacksons youngest daughter, and Michael was her son, why wouldn't they look alive in some ways, whether it be their facial structure, or the way they talk or smile. It's in their genes. So I'm not grasping the concept of why the person who wrote this article even took the time. I see now why the stars get frustrated with these writers and paparazzi, because they are a breeding ground for ignorance, rumor starting and childish writing. What's sad also is the fact that Janet is on location shooting a film in character and a pap shoots a picture of her and an article writer takes the pics and makes up a story about the pic. It's sad and tasteless. Janet, Katherine, as well as Miss Ross are beautiful African American women of different generations and shows just how beautiful blacks women can be at any age. I think that this site should be a little more respectful as well as responsible in what they write

I think Janet is a beautiful and talented soul. I would be proud to call her my friend, sister, neice, or aunt. We need more people in this world like her.

@Troy, Thank you. I could agree more. What the title ensenuates makes no sense at all. How is she transforming into her mother when one rarely sees Katherine Jackson and if she has transformed into her mother, is that a bad thing. I'm not understanding the purpose either. Are you taking a shot a Janet or her mother or both, and for what reason? And for the idiot who says that she's looking like Diana Ross, what purpose did that even serve when Diana has no resemblance to Janet or Michael whatsoever...and if they did, they are still family regardless. Michael and Janet are blood relatives and Diana was Michaels road mother for years and they share a common bond from their Motown days to Berry Gordy to the bond of knowing each other for years.
