Really strange how Madonna is much more muscular than even her Blonde Ambition days when she was really into pumping iron. Super strange when you factor in the muscle loss per each decade with aging. Wonder how she does it...

As a fitness trainer, I would be disappointed in myself if I trained Madonna and she was looking like she does. She seems to have exercise bulimia or an eating disorder. Not good.
