We're not sure if Julia Roberts was cracking a joke with Eat Pray Love co-star Javier Bardem or giving him some insight as to what life will be like as a dad (his gorgeous wife Penelope Cruz just confirmed she's four-and-a-half months pregnant), but the two shared a laugh as they posed at the Rome premiere of their new flick. Aww, they must have really enjoyed working together -- who doesn't love Julia Roberts?

Javier Bardem covers the October issue of Esquire magazine, and Penelope Cruz's hubby looks sizzling in these shots, doesn't he?

The interview was done before it was announced that the Oscar-winning actor is expecting his first child with Cruz, so Bardem chats mostly about his craft and how initially he didn't want the role in No Country For Old Men. Of course, Penelope was present at one point during the chat, and the writer (rather astutely) notes, "His heart must stop a thousand times a day." And hers too -- Javier is hot hot hot!

Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem have tied the knot in the Bahamas, her rep has confirmed.

The small ceremony took place earlier this month at a friend's estate, and only a handful of close family members attended the nuptials.

The couple have been together for nearly 4 years, and Cruz wore a John Galliano gown. Last year it was reported that the couple had gotten engaged, but they never confirmed the news.

After the closing ceremony of the 63rd Cannes Film Festival Javier Bardem (who won Best Actor for his role in Biutiful) shared a smooch with his lady love Penelope Cruz. Normally celeb PDA isn't our favorite thing to look at around lunchtime, but these two are a notable exception. Hot hot hot!

Pene and Javier, who have only recently stepped out in public as a couple wore matching (boring) black, while Naomi Watts did the same, but forgot to wear a bra! We think we spot a runaway nipple...
