The dog days technically haven't begun yet, but Jennie Garth and her pooch Black Pearl are already scorched.

The actress and her dog looked parched after a run in Beverly Hills yesterday, stopping at a local park to hydrate. You just can't take the girl out of 90210!

The star of the new CMT reality series Little Bit Country is most certainly keeping off the 30 pounds she lost since divorcing ex-husband Peter Facinelli in 2011.

"I've been working out really hard," she told Health magazine in January. "I've been weight training with a trainer three days a week. ... I really never sit down. I mean, that's basically the secret. It's just not sitting around."

Well, the secret's out now.

She's looking great!

Life's been a beach for Jennie Garth recently as the Beverly Hills 90210 star went to celebrate her 41 birthday at the Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa in Puerto Vallarta last week.

While her official born day is on April 3, the actress, who lost 30 pounds, opted for a week long celebration where she can show off her new svelte figure and relax without a hitch.

"Home from @garzablancapvr Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa. Had such a blast!!" the mother of three tweeted after all was said and done. "Thanks for the amazing trip! #bestvacaever #familytime We miss you already Guillermo, Miguel, Michael, and Genaro."

Jennie Garth showed off her rock hard body at the Azure Pool at the Palazzo in Las Vegas over the weekend, and 40-year-old actress may be coming off of a divorce, but she's looking better than ever!

Garth, who split with husband of 11 years Peter Facinelli in March, was seen hanging out with Danny Masterson and Michael Pena, and she also posed for photos with Pretty Little Liars starlet Ashley Benson and Glee's Chord Overstreet.

So who's she dating these days? It sounds like she's still on the market! After briefly courting HGTV's Antonio Ballatore and hanging out with photographer Noah Abrams, a source tells Us Weekly, "She's been going on dates ... She's not looking to get into anything too serious so fast."

Seeing as she's partying it up in Las Vegas, it seems like this cougar is on the prowl!

Jennie Garth stopped by The Grove on Wednesday to tape a segment for Extra, and not only are we so happy that she's back in the spotlight, but we can't believe how fabulous she looks!

The former 90210 star looked prim and proper in floral jeans, a white button down and heels. We bet Brenda would be super jealous of this outfit! The mom of four has had a rough couple months since announcing her split from husband Peter Facinelli, but we think her upcoming reality show will give her something to smile about!

The cameras will roll at the family farm, where the blonde beauty and her daughters reside.

"At first, I wasn't sure how I was going to make it through, but I really learned that I am so much stronger than I thought I was. And if I can help other women touch into that, you know, their strength..."

Garth and Facinelli are the parents to daughters Luca, 14, Lola, 9, and Fiona, 5. As for how they'll handle parenting their kids post divorce, Jennie adds, "We're still so committed to being there for our girls. That's the most important thing for us."

They just announced their split last month, but Peter Facinelli has taken the next step to make it official by filing for divorce from Jennie Garth, after 11 years of marriage in an LA Superior Court, on Wednesday.

The Twilight star cited "irreconcilable differences" and requests joint custody of their three daughters, noting they separated on Jan. 1.

The couple announced their split on March 13, and will now have to negotiate custody terms over daughters Luca, 14, Lola, 9, and Fiona, 5.

The former Beverly Hills 90210 star has been keeping busy working on her new CMT reality show, Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country, which chronicles her move from LA to to a quiet farm in Santa Ynez, Calif.

The upcoming reality series will touch on the former couple's split and premiers on April 20, while Facinelli will be busy working on Showtime's Nurse Jackie, which kicks off its fourth season on April 8.

Jennie also added that her girls have been "doing great" since the split.
