Jennifer Aniston graces the cover of InStyle’s March issue, and the 43-year-old actress answers readers' questions about her style, relationships and aging in Hollywood.

Jen says she's confident with her looks, but every once in a while she gets a reality check when she sees someone younger than her. Jen tells the mag, “You know what makes me feel old? When I see girls who are 20-something, or the new crop of actresses, and think, Aren’t we kind of the same age? I don’t feel my age. I feel young every day.”

Of course, being in love certainly helps! Jen has been dating actor/writer Justin Theroux since last spring, and she reveals that failed past relationships have helped her find the right partner. "Having experienced everything you don’t want in a partner over time, it starts to narrow down to what you actually do want," she says. "As I get older I realize what qualities are important in love and what suits me. And what I won’t settle for." Hmm, wonder what Brad Pitt and John Mayer think about that comment?

When it comes to her current beau, it seems like she's adopted his hipster-inspired outfits, but she insists that it's all her own. “First of all, he has great style—it’s very specific, and it has been his style forever," she says. "Has it influenced mine? No, but I know people say it has. ‘Oh, look, you’re dressing alike.’ And I think, No I’m not. I’ve had this jacket for three years!” Uh huh!

While it was supposed to be the directors' night, Saturday evening's Directors Guild Awards was overshadowed by the presence of Jennifer Aniston and her hunky man, Justin Theroux.

The couple posed for cameras inside the Hollywood and Highland Grand Ballroom venue, but not on the red carpet. Jen sported a short, sparkly, strapless number -- looking a little fuller than usual -- and Justin wore is trademark monochromatic black.

Jen has said recently she's not worried about putting on a few extra pounds since she's stopped smoking. Guess that's what being happy with life will do to you ... she looks great and feels great, so why worry!

George Clooney, Michelle Williams and others on Hollywood's hot list were presenters during the evening, and Kelsey Grammar presented the Best Director prize to The Artist helmer, Miche Hazanavicius. The silent film took top prize at the Golden Globes as well and is poised to dominate on Oscar night, next month.

So why was Aniston at the DGA Awards? She was nominated in the TV Miniseries category for her work on the collective program Five, in which she, Demi Moore, Alicia Keys, Penelope Spheeris and Patty Jenkins each directed a piece of the series. Of course Demi Moore was not in attendance after her hospitalization this week.

Jon Cassar prevailed in the category, for his work on The Kennedys, staring Katie Holmes, which, after much negotiation and back-and-forth ended up airing on the Reelz Channel when The History Channel dropped it.

Is Jennifer Aniston ready to nest with boyfriend Justin Theroux?

The Horrible Bosses star recently plunked down $21 million on a massive 8,500 square foot Bel Air mansion -- and this is no love nest/bachelorette pad! The huge estate boasts 4 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, gardens, a pool, a projection room, a private vineyard and a guesthouse, along with a wine cellar and fireplaces in the den.

It's been widely reported that the Friends star is expecting a baby with Theroux, after she reportedly told her agents she needed a break, and did not want to commit to any more projects in the foreseeable future.

Looks like the perfect place to start a family!

The house was designed by Archibald Quincy Jones in 1965, and it sits on 3+ acres and boasts 300 degree views from downtown to the ocean. The gated residence has gardens, a pool, a private vineyard and a guesthouse, along with a wine cellar and fireplaces in the den.

Jennifer Aniston is putting her acting career on the backburner in the hopes of becoming a mom, according to Daily Mail.

A source close to the 42-year-old actress tells the site Aniston has not booked any movies in the "forseeable future" ... telling her agents "she needs a break."

The source adds:

"She wants to focus on herself and hopefully becoming a mother. She is thinking of launching her own fashion line which would allow her to spend more time at home."

Various online reports have speculated that the Friends star is already pregnant with beau Justin Theroux's baby.

The actress' rep has yet to issue a comment.

“People think that I do a lot of injections, but I don’t. I’m not saying that I haven’t tried it ... but I see how it’s a slippery slope,” she told the mag. “All that cosmetic stuff looks ridiculous on me.” Soo, has she or hasn't she?

Jen also revealed that she's made a major lifestyle change, but for the better. “I quit smoking a few months ago and I put on a couple of pounds,” she revealed. “Normally I’d be like, ‘Oh my god, I gained weight! Everyone is going to think I’m pregnant!’… Now, I just don’t care.” Hmm, any chance she's doing this because she's thinking of having kids? Just a thought!

The Horrible Bosses star beat out 100 legendary hotties, including Raquel Welch (#2), Marilyn Monroe (#3), Britney Spears (#4) and Madonna (#5).

The website explains why Aniston is the Hottest Woman of All Time, gushing:
