Jennifer Aniston is looking picture perfect while sitting in the driver's seat for the latest SmartWater ad.

The 43-year-old actress, wearing a button down white blouse and black jeans, is wearing more clothes than last year's campaign. In the 2011 ads, the Friends actress appeared nude.

After spending 8 months in a 2-bedroom temporary rental, Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have left their humble abode and moved into something a bit more glamorous in Beverly Hills.

The Wanderlust stars have up-sized to a five-bedroom contemporary with a monthly price tag of $40,000!!!

The new home has an Asian-zen vibe, with a pool, movie theater, a full built-in barbeque area, wine cellar and even outdoor shower!

The pair are still waiting for Aniston's multi-million dollar Hollywood Hills remodel to be finished, so in the meantime, they'll enjoy some more comfy digs in one of the poshest neighborhoods in town.

Yesterday Jennifer Aniston was snapped after getting her hair done, and the former Friends star made every effort to hide as she made a beeline from the exit to her car. Sorry Jen, but that jacket isn't an invisibility cloak!

Maybe she's still bummed about ex-husband Brad Pitt's recent engagement to Angelina Jolie? Then again, maybe not! A source recently told Us Weekly, "She hates it being brought up because she doesn't really care."

Bad news for Jennifer Aniston!

Just a few months after purchasing her swanky Manhattan apartment for $7.01 million, the Friends star has been forced to take a loss on the property, after deciding she'd rather settle in LA with beau Justin Theroux.

Jen has just accepted an offer of $6.5 million for the fancy spread in the West Village, which boasts two nurseries and stunning city views.

According to the New York Post, "Aniston outgrew the apartments - a one-bedroom penthouse and a one-bedroom on the 17th floor - that she had planned on combining."

"She loved them, but her circumstances changed and the space was just wrong," said a source.

The Wanderlust star recently told Australian radio show Kyle and Jackie O of the move, "We tried New York. It was a little rough with the paparazzi. It didn't feel like the New York I grew up in and knew."

Aniston and her man of nearly one year are now settling down in a 8,500-sq.-ft. Bel Air $21 million estate, which boasts a vineyard, four bedrooms, a garden and views of the Pacific Ocean.

Hollywood is buzzing with excitement about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's engagement, but the real question is... how does Jennifer Aniston feel about the news?

Various reports claim that the ex Mrs. Pitt is "so happy" for her former hubby, and actually credits the Tomb Raider vixen for breaking up her marriage! We're not so sure we believe that, but apparently the Bounty Hunter actress is so happy with her current beau Justin Theroux that she's glad the whole situation played out the way it did.

Other sources downplay the Friends star's reaction, or lack thereof! "She doesn't care. She really doesn't. She's happy with Justin [Theroux]. She'll probably marry him. She's moved on. People don't want to believe it, but she has," an insider tells E!.

Either way, it sounds like the Brangie/Jen love triangle is finally coming to a close!

The A-list couple dropped by the Tropic Thunder actor's Malibu house Saturday, and they definitely weren't in any rush since they stayed from 1 - 6pm. We wonder if the little tot ignited a bit of baby fever for the Wanderlust stars?

"Jen looked really happy as she and Theroux drove up to the house. When they left, they were holding hands and being affectionate with each other."

Nothing like a little sushi between friends! We can't help but wonder if Jennifer and Tom are planning to star together in an upcoming project.

Meanwhile, Theroux is back on the film circuit -- we spotted the hunky actor at Will Ferrell's production company last month, with a script for the football comedy Three Mississippi in hand.

This gang of actors seems to be working non-stop ... we'd love to see them all on the big screen together!

The 43-year-old former Friends star has been heavily promoting her latest flick Wanderlust also starring real-life love Justin Theroux.

While chatting with Conan O'Brien, Aniston joked about her star being next to Reese's ... telling the host, "We can get walked on right next to each other!”
