First Look At Jennifer Aniston's Massive $21 Million Mansion
Posted on Tue Jan 24, 2012 12:05 PM PDT

Jennifer Aniston has plunked down $21 million on a massive 8,500 square foot Bel Air mansion, and not only is this the house of her dreams, but it sounds like she got quite a deal on it! The 4 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom property was initially listed for $29 million, so Jen has to be feeling good about knocking $8 mil off the asking price.
The house was designed by Archibald Quincy Jones in 1965, and it sits on 3+ acres and boasts 300 degree views from downtown to the ocean. The gated residence has gardens, a pool, a private vineyard and a guesthouse, along with a wine cellar and fireplaces in the den.
Rupert Murdoch and Clint Eastwood are her neighbors, so it looks like she's in good company! Click the gallery below to see 40+ pics of Jen's new pad!

I actually don't really like it.. I wouldn't pay 21 million for that place.
Lots of room for numerous cats and crocheted scarfs.
She must plan on keeping an awfull lot of cats...
does x17 just copy everything TMZ posts 15 minutes later? Lame, find your own damn stories
Looks like a cross between a hotel and an office building.
Bad actresses should not be paid that much money.
The architecture of this house is too modern looking for most American tastes.
Going for the Bauhaus style is probably a legacy from Brad Pitt.
Might as well rent a office Max and move in.. not kid friendly as usual.
she spent , what five years and millions on rebuilding that other place then sold it after it was done, then buys this place? someone is advising here in real estate because stars are never home anyway, they live in hotels
Beautiful...Jen rock on. Brilliant business woman and the stregnth of a very tough woman. Jealous people are so funny, like angry little clowns.
It's cold and just ugly. Waste of money. Eww.
jen has proven to be a great real estate woman. first she buys a house for 13 milil renovated it and sold it for 38 mili gaining approximately 20 million. how the hell did she do that, especially now that the real estate business is down? i bet this house is another investment for her, she will probably do some renovating and sell it again. smart business woman
Washington Post says he and Justin bought the place "jointly" - yay, love them and how serious they seem to be getting!
Certainly not my choice for a home. It looks just like our public library. And the inside has NO ambience or coziness whatsoever. Cold and sterile. I just can't understand why she would put good money towards this concrete and glass house, unless it's purely an investment. I would hate to live in it.
21 mil for this? I mean, it's nice...if that's your taste. But 21 mil for a house an three acres? Inconceivable!
All those big windows for stalkers and robbers to watch your every move.. real smart..
I see the same three haters are posting over and over again. Give it a rest. Your jealousy is really sad at this point.
According to the Wall Street Journal Theroux paid for half of it with his Tropic Thunder money. They also have much better photos of the inside. It's gorgeous and boasts a vineyard.
great deal
good for jenny
Unbelieveable comments about a house that you will probably never get a chance to even look in - jealous , is the only way to define you.....
