Is Jen taking the second route?
Course, she's always been an avid fitness enthusiast, so maybe she's just ramping up her routine, but she looks as if she's lost a few!

I think, she is within her own personal weight tolerances.
I would bet however that... what Jen eats and how she exercises is integral to her being satisfied with life.
