X17 EXCLUSIVE - Jennifer Aniston Is House Hunting With Boyfriend Justin Theroux

Jennifer Aniston, 42, sold her Beverly Hills estate for $38 million a few weeks ago, putting her in the clear to buy a new home.
But Jen's not solo in her search ... X17online can exclusively report that she is taking boyfriend Justin Theroux, 39, house hunting with her!
Since Monday, the two have been visiting five to six mansions daily, including Ellen DeGeneres' Beverly Hills home with wife Portia de Rossi (above), which has been on the market since June for a reported $60 million!
Aniston's Beverly Hills home was originally priced at $42 million -- it was purchased for a reported $38 million by financier Bill Gross.
The Horrible Bosses actress is currently still living in that home, but is, our sources tell us, in a "rush to buy." She might have to be out of that house by the end of the month.
Or, maybe she and Justin are just in a hurry to take things to the next level ...

I was betting against NY NY as being full time home. I would take CA over NY.
Beautiful place, but my gosh!! $60m??? I seriously think people have lost their minds!! Have we completely forgotten what lifes all about? Why does it take so much to make some people happy, although I understand a celebs need to entertain themselves at home (with it being so hard for some to get out privately). I would imagine too, with all the friends they have, they'll be doing a lot of entertaining. Love Jen, and couldn't be happier for her.

Pat- it doesn't matter that Aniston came between a guy and a woman he'd been with 14 years. They weren't MARRIED and to her looney fans, that's the same as being single lol. They don't care what Aniston does as long as no one does it to Aniston. Aniston could set fire to a puppy in Time Square and they'd make up a reason why it is ok. To them Aniston can do no wrong. They like to compare her good girl image to Jolie, but Aniston wouldn't dare tell ANYONE of anything that she did in her life that might reflect badly on her 'good girl' image that she had to maintain because of her career. Look people!! It's jaye!! LOL Jaye, I recall several articles stating Justin's been trying to break it off with Heidi for the past couple of yrs.. It was no longer a solid relationship. The fact that she was still in his apt., does not mean they were still together. He was simply being a nice guy, allowing her to stay there 'til she found a place of her own. Who's to say she's not seeing someone else? No jaye, he was not legally bound to her. I have also read that he's always had a crush on Jen. I'm pretty sure Heidi had a clue he might pursue his crush, given the circumstances, once they began working together. I'd be willing to bet she didn't go after him, the way your Jolie went after Pitt.:)
@Hmph, She's basically doing the same thing Jolie & Pitt are doing, only without putting 6 little kids in the middle of it(to drag all over the country). Think about it. Nobody knows what really happened between Justin and his ex Heidi. We don't know anything about their relationship. And the most important is; Ok, Jen is a super famous actress but if she's gonna get marry or just gonna have casual sex with this man, it's HER business, not ours ;) I'm sure we all make mistakes in our lives. Who are you to judge them? Even though we read gossips about celeb's lives, we're no close friends to say or to judge anything about their lives.
