Jennifer Aniston Drops $9 Million On NYC Apartment

Jennifer Aniston is gearing up to be a full-time New York resident. The 42-year-old Friends star has plopped down $9 million for a three bedroom apartment in New York.
The 2,873 square-foot pad is located in NYC's exclusive Gramercy Park area and comes with butler service and a 24/7 housekeeper. Also a perk of her new pad ... a membership to the high-end David Burton gym.
Ms. Aniston has been on a real estate shopping spree this year. First she purchased a $3 million Hollywood home with beau Justin Theroux, then the 17th and 18th floors of a Manhattan apartment for $7 million ... and now this one.
All this money dropped into Jen's lap after she sold her Beverly Hills mansion for $38 million ... which she originally purchased in 2006 for $13.5 million. Cha-ching!
