It seems all of Jennifer Aniston's movies go through at least two or three title changes before settling on a final one - this was originally entitled The Baster, about a single 40-something desperate to get preggers. Hmm, didn't that hit a little too close to home for Jen?
Either way, the film is called The Switch now and the trailer's above. Maybe the original title was too raunchy for mainstream America?
