The birthday-ring-gateway-Valentines Day-thing will not happen. Those reports come from tabloids and it is "a source close to Mayer", or "source close to Aniston"... to be honest, who of their friend would be so stupid to talk about it? What about this story with John under a blanket on the floor in a car? It's ridiculous... Maybe they aren't a couple, but maybe they are friends. They REALLY met in a hotel room in Miami with Vince Vaughn that was pre-arranged by CAA. It was there that Vince gave Mayer advise on acting this game out and they planned the whole thing until she marries. Basically, the reason is because her personal life gets a lot of attention, so she is hiding reality....so she can be normal. It's like growing a small tree....it needs protection in the beginning.
