I think all three of them are pretty mediocre in the acting department. Brad spent 15 years on screen with that annoying twitch and now he's nominated for a film in which he shows no emotion. Angie only comes in two speeds. She's either shooting her way through a film or in the case of Mighty Heart and the Changeling, screaming her way through a film. Jen may not win any Oscars but she has great comedic timing and was awesome in The Good Girl.

Just to keep a realistic perspective: only actors/directors who have won or been nominated for past (or current) Oscars present the big awards. Typically the best actor/actress from the previous year, will present the best actor/actress this year (i.e., Marion Cotilliard will be doing the honors for Best Actor). It's the same way for supporting, ditto directing. There are a lot of other categories that are not top tier (Best set design, best costume, best makeup) which I believe Aniston did in 2006. That said, I sincerely doubt she is that hard-up and pathetic as to stalk Brad and Angelina all the way to the Oscars. It's their night.
