Yesterday we spotted Jennifer Garner out and about, and we're not sure why she was so cheerful and dressed up, but we're not complaining!

Maybe she wanted to show off her amazing figure? If I looked like that after two kids, I'd be wearing LBDs every time I went to the grocery store. Okay maybe not everrry time, but I would definitely ditch the frumpy mom gear more often!

Okay seriously, isn't she getting too old for it? I know it takes a lot of effort for a little kid to walk all around New York - with mom Jen Garner - but V barely fits inside that thing! The girl will be turning four and December. Time to start walking 24/7!

They're like one big happy family! You know, minus Ben Affleck, of course. But it's not like he's ever around, right?

Yesterday we snapped Jennifer Garner and Ashton Kutcher shooting a scene for Valentine's Day in Venice, California, and we knew there was something going on between these two (on camera, of course) but this is definitely the first time we caught them kissing! And it looks like they had a pretty good time doing it, too! But hey, we're sure they're happy with their famous spouses...after all, they're just acting, right?

It's kinda sad to see Violet spending more time with her Godfather than her actual father!

Sure, Ben's probably in Boston prepping his new film The Town, and Victor's working intermittently on TV shows in LA, but it sure does look like Ben's made himself scarce!

They're already living separate lives...could an actual separation be that far off?

Yesterday afternoon we snapped a very appropriately dressed Jennifer Garner and Ashton Kutcher shooting Valentine's Day at LAX. We're pretty sure Demi's boy toy plays Jen's love interest, but there are SO many famous faces cast in this flick, he might not be the only one!

Though she can get grumpy at times, Jennifer Garner was looking totally relaxed and approachable when we snapped her on the set of Valentine's Day in Santa Monica yesterday. The mother of two has slimmed down considerably since giving birth to Seraphina 8 months ago, and she's looking oh so fabulous!

She may look totally harmless in these shots, but this mama bear can go from pretty to protective in 3 seconds flat!

Jennifer Garner and daughter Violet went to Starbucks over the weekend, and while Violet didn't seem fazed by the group of photogs camped outside, she did point out to Jen that there were a lot of them, at which point Jen decided to lecture the lensmen on getting too close to kiddies. Point taken...

Honor might've won the Teen Choice award for cutest celebrity baby, but I'd say Seraphina is a close second! Ben and Jen's youngest was spotted out for a stroll with the nanny, sans her parents. Is she your fave celebritot?

Woah! When did Jennifer Garner get her old body back?! We snapped the actress/mommy leaving a yoga class in Los Angeles yesterday, and she looked like she's slimmed down significantly over the past few weeks. We know she's currently filming Valentine's Day, but she's also got a ton of other movies lined up, so she's gotta stay in tip top shape. And Violet doesn't care what she looks like as long as she carries her!

Jennifer may not be too generous with the photogs, but with the valet, it's a whole different story!

Garner gave a 20 dollar tip to the valet at Toscana Restaurant in Brentwood, where she was lunching with adorable baby V and former co-star Victor Garber.

But she's not just a generous tipper - she's also a generous friend! Garber took a nasty spill while on a hike later that afternoon, and concerned Jen made sure her TV dad was feeling fine before continuing.

Who knew the normally stone-faced mama was so mushy on the inside?

OMG, it's like they're an actual real family! Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner and daughter Violet went out to lunch together in B-wood yesterday afternoon. So rare to see Ben with his girls (and not picking up one of 'em from school)!

The perfect mom and daughter visited a doctor's office in Brentwood on Wednesday afternoon, and we assume everything went well because Violet left with a big smile on her face! The only time I smiled when leaving the doctor's office at that age is when I knew I wouldn't hafta go back for a while. Go V!

You know Ben Affleck is always MIA when Jen needs something from him. You just know it! Ugh.

Anyway, here's the always lovely Jennifer Garner getting back into the acting thing on set of her latest flick Valentine's Day (again). Just one question: Why on earth would a costume designer put her - or anybody, for that matter! - in polka dots?

This is another all-star rom-com - we just hope it's better than He's Just Not That Into You! At least Garner looks good. Is this why she's been gyming it up lately?

On the plus side, Jen's arms look toned and she's seemingly taken some beauty tips from Violet and painted her nails red!

On the minus side, she's still got that sour expression on her face and her husband Ben is nowhere to be seen. I realize that we don't see her life 24/7, but don't they spend ANY time together outside of the house?

Looks like Ben and Jen's little Violet has already learned how to deal with all the pap attention! V and her mom were shopping in B-wood on Saturday and, while donning a hat and sunglasses, the adorable young Affleck struck a pose for the cameras! So cute.

She might just be our fave celeb kid these days!
