We spotted Jennifer Garner with a scraped elbow at the premiere of Ghosts of Girlfriends Past Monday night in Hollywood.
Think those super high heels are to blame???
We were so worried about Jen's arm we almost didn't notice that Matthew McConaughey actually cleaned up for the premiere!

For the record the sex therapist is also a personal friend of hers. She has known her for years ago back when she was married to her first husband.
